The Chaplain Post Cards Continue Arriving

The post cards we sent to about 1,000 chaplains continue arriving - both in the mail and by email. Yesterday we had Christian book requests from about forty new chaplains. The flow of cards and requests continues!

We praise God for his abundance and the ability to share wonderful donated Christian books and Bibles with so many prisons!

Ten New Prisons this Week

The post cards we sent to about 1,000 chaplains is producing fruit. We have had Christian book requests from about ten chaplains this week. The cards are arriving! Most requests are arriving by email which makes communications with the chaplains much faster and easier.

This week we sent emails to our chaplains regarding Chinese, Afghan, Arabic, Galic and German Bibles that arrived at CLI. Within hours they were all spoken for!

Thank you for sending the materials requested and the CLI Leadership Bible Study flyer. We certainly understand your request. We know it is your desire, as ours, to see the Word of God placed in every hand possible. Because of your kindness, it is now possible for us to do the work to which God has called us. We have no idea of the lives that will be brought to Jesus because of the materials you provided, but we can say to you we will plant it, care for the crop, then, when we all get to heaven, we will see the harvest.

These Books Were Made for Walking!

Dear Christian Library International,

Our Women on Missions Group at Thompsonville Baptist Church learned of your ministry to provide Bibles and Christian literature to prisoners in all fifty states. Our group is small in number, but we look for ways for our group to be involved in ministry to others in Jesus' name.

At our January meeting, we had a program on the article in Mature Living Magazine that described your ministry. God led us to involve our Church family and to encourage our members to donate Bibles and Christian books.

We were excited to be able to participate in your ministry by donating books. We pray that the lives of the inmates who are reading these books will be touched by God.

Crossroads Fellowship Youth Team

Today, our largest youth team to date descended on CLI. There were 30 in all from Crossroads Fellowship church in Raleigh! This "Counting", "Stamping", "Packing" team rolled up their sleeves and did an outstanding job!

We praise God for bringing youth teams to CLI. With the increased book and Bible donations, we really needed their help!

Christian Books Change Lives

It's amazing to watch how prison inmates come to Christ in different ways. Through a book, a Bible study, a Bible, a tract, etc. We love getting comments from the inmates we serve.

Yesterday we were blessed with a nice donation of 113 boxes of great Bibles.

It was our goal this year to ship at least half of every CLI box with Bibles. We thank God for His constant provision, especially His Holy Word!
